Overview
This lead volume distributor works out of the Agriculture industry and deals with an extremely extensive catalog of products – AND – and extremely complex set of rules and regulations which govern the sale of those products.
Britec built and launched a custom order management software for customers and sales executives to create orders, process orders, and manage other critical data (such as reporting).
There is a direct real-time link between this company and Sage 300, the results of which have empowered both the organization and its customers.
