To print this report, you need to navigate to the custom AR Top Customers report shortcut added on your Sage 300 desktop which will normally be under Accounts Receivable -> A/R Transactions Reports.
The report user interface is shown below:
The report prints the following information:
- Rank – based on Invoices + Debits – Credits +/- Adjustments.
- Customer ID
- Customer Name
- Invoices
- Receipts
- Discounts
- Credit Notes
- Debit Notes
- Adjustments
- Refunds
- Invoices Paid
- Invoices/Debits/Credits/Adjustments

From the report preview screen, you also have the option to export this report to Microsoft excel which will allow you to further analyze and sort the data.
