This error message occurs when opening some UI controls in Sage 300.

How to Resolve:

• Can’t create control error message appears when screen resolution is low, and the window you want to open is larger than the screen.
• This error was typically observed with screen resolution of 800 x 600 dpi.
• Increase the screen resolution to a minimum of 1024 by 768 or greater to resolve the error.
