If you are running BusinessVision 2015 or older, the software won't run.
After January 1st 2021, Sage is ending support and turning off access to Business Vision 2015 and earlier.

New versions of Business Vision are released which include everything from enhanced security to functionality for new computers and operating systems.
New versions also include financial updates, such as tax tables.
While you are not required to update your software, there does reach a point when companies like Sage can no longer support versions that are too old.
When you contact us, we’ll work to quickly understand the version of Sage BusinessVision (BV) that you are using, as well as how it is setup on your business network (is it on a single PC, are there multiple versions, etc).
Once we know what we’re dealing with, we’ll give you options on how to fix the issue – from upgrading to a new version, to looking at alternatives (all depending on your needs).
BusinessVision is still supported by Sage. No “end of life” for Sage BusinessVision has been announced.
With that said, there are new offerings from Sage and other providers to look at should you be thinking about moving away from BusinessVision to software with more modern features.
